Picture Post

Mr. Tanenbaum’s Science Class from Cottage Lane mounted a Picture Post near the Piermont Marsh on November 18, 2011.  We are now uploading pictures from our post to the University of New Hampshire’s Picture Post website.  Try the following:

If you would like to visit our post, you can enter Tallman Mountain Park at the bottom of Ferdon Avenue in Piermont, right by the old drawbridge over the Sparkill Creek.  Just walk down the dirt road into the woods and stay to your left as the road forks.  The Post is an easy flat 1/2 mile hike in from the road and is located right next to the Pool.  The GPS coordinates are North 41.032470 and West 73.912860.  This topo map may also help you find our site:
